Shipping policy

If you select pick-up during check-out, you may not be able to change it to shipping. You will need to send an email to thesparklingwildflower@gmail.com to make that request. 

If you select and pay for shipping during check-out, then decide to pick the order up instead, you need to notify us within 2 business days. We will not be able to refund the cost of shipping.

You should receive your product within 2-3 business days of shipping. However, there may be times when the postal service cannot deliver it within those timeframes. Please understand that we have no control over that.

If your item(s) arrive damaged by the postal service, please send a message to our business page or email address within 24 hours of receipt. Include a picture of the damaged product(s) and the envelope or box that they were mailed it.

If the wrong address is provided during check-out and the shipment is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying for additional shipping to ship to the correct address.

If you choose to pick-up your items, please pick them up within 5 business days after your order has been marked ready for pickup. If you need additional time, please send a message to our business page or email address.
